We're having a problem getting articles in alt.arts.nomad from the rest of
the world. If we post articles, they go out to the world, but we aren't
getting other articles posted elsewhere - except for one! For example, an
article posted here in Calgary will show up at U of Toronto with the path:

utgpu!utnut!torn!howland.reston.ans.net!agate!library.ucla.edu!news.mic.
+	ucla.edu!unixg.ubc.ca!acs.ucalgary.ca!user

However, articles posted at UofT never get back here. Nor do articles
posted at Concordia, which show up at UofT for example:

utgpu!utnut!utcsri!newsflash.concordia.ca!user

U of T shows a total of 71 articles received in alt.arts.nomad, from all
over the world, including Japan. Calgary, however, has only 29, all of
which except one have been posted locally. The one single non-local article
had the path:

acs.ucalgary.ca!unixg.ubc.ca!nntp.cs.ubc.ca!utcsri!utnut!torn!howland.reston.
+	ans.net!vixen.cso.uiuc.edu!mac222-153.ncsa.uiuc.edu!user

No, this article wasn't cross posted to any other groups. So if this
article came via UofT (torn!utnut!utcsri), why don't articles posted at
UofT get here, or any other articles for that matter? I can't understand
why this is happening, or how to figure it out, or what to do about it. Any
advice would be greatly appreciated.
