       Autocyberretromoderation Bot Beta Testers Wanted!

We are currently looking for Beta Testers who want to use our free
software to clean up USENET groups that have become flooded with
unrelated advertising posts. Our software has been in use for six
months on a specialized hardware platform and is being translated to a
generic program that will be compatible on all major operating systems
and hardware.

Canceling news articles has become a fashionable method of removing
posts that you don't like. But it's usually been something only that
system administrators do. This software will allow anyone to cancel
any article that they dislike. Users of this software won't even have
to make up some silly and arbitrary math equation to justify their
desire to cancel other people's posts. Canceling will become a trivial
activity that anyone can do. For the purposes of this beta, the
functionality to defeat certain auto-reposting bots has been disabled,
though it may be added in later versions. There are a few copies of
the software circulating that were produced prior to the removal of
this code. Please do not use those versions since that feature was not
intended to be made public before a beta test was complete.

If you would like to participate in the Beta Tester program, the
following are requested:

. legitimate desire to use this software properly in one or more
      newsgroups
. comments on program operation, ease of use, features desired,
      and any bugs found
. accepting the restrictions of the program confidentiality
      agreement

Please contact ricardo@paranoia.com if you are interested in this
program or would like more information about it.

Come now, Ricardo. I thought you were against the mythical
autocyberretromoderation bot. :)

Cheers

Careful, it's probably some massive virus program designed to wipe you out
completely.
