I'm having some problems with expire.  I'm running Bnews under Interactive
Unix.

Expire has been reporting "History write failed" during expiration each night
for a couple of weeks.  I tried to run 'expire -h' and 'expire -r', and I get
a message about "Bogus local distribution rejected", then expire exits.

What do these messages mean, and what do I do about them?
