   And those that don't are responsible for splitting the group.  If
   that's what they want, that's what they get.  If they want the group
   to stay together they will all comply with the results of the vote, at
   the same time, and the changeover will go smoothly. 

And perhaps change the Guidelines (if deemed necessary by the net) to
avoid such a problem _in the future_.  I suggest that the current
Guidelines have been followed and that the vote not be invalidated due
to wishful thinking.

Dave, why didn't you go campaigning (or informing) in r.m.s during
the vote?  Or complain during the RFD that your friends in r.m.s
weren't participating?
