Why is everyone assuming that there must be _one_ article to please
everyone? Why not multiple articles:

    news.announce.newgroups
       CFV on rec.music.* reorganization

    rec.music.synth
The vote to rename rec.music.synth is under way!
       "Please read news.announce.newgroups for info"

    rec.music.makers
The vote to rename rec.music.makers is under way!
       "Please read news.announce.newgroups for info"

etc.
