Sorry. The vote is over and met the Guidelines to the letter, and met the
intent as well: the notice was provided to the folks who would be affected.
That they chose to ignore it was their own fault. The vote was open and fair.

Nothing that would't be wrong with trying to fix the results of the US
Presidential election a week after the fact. If Bush had won, would you be
stalking him with a high-powered rifle just because people who didn't vote
were complaining about the result? That's NO DIFFERENT from what you're doing
here.
