I am working on some guidelines changes. They may not be what is expected,
but the intent is to diminsh the flamefests over newsgroup creation AND
to give users more say so over what happens to their group in the process.

I cannot acknowledge the validity of what I know to be wrong in spirit. 
I will acknowledge that the guidelines are flawed, and I will acknowledge
that the letter of the law was upheld. There is a RFD in Mr. Lawrence's
mailbox.
