Thank you.  This (and a similar line in rmgroup) is just what I need
to filter these cretins out so I never need to see mail messages about
their petty little new/rm-group war any more.

(rmgroup currently checks for the existance of a line in the active
file for the group, and aborts quietly if there isn't one; it should
probably check the flag field for an x or an =group as well, but I'm
not feeling ambitious enough today to write that...)  (and
relay/chamod, or the scripts that call it, could use a permissions
file like newgroupperm as well...)
