I have an associate in Brussels with whom I need to stay in touch. I
am trying to locate a site in the local area that can provide a
dial-up login account for email and news.

I posted this question once before, and evidently it was assumed that
what I was looking for was a news and email feed.

I don't want a feed.

I would just like an account on a system that can be used to send/retrieve
email.
