I would like to know: Does the "may not accept and carry" of the first item
and "says he will boycott it" of the second refer to the same thing?  In
any case, exactly what is the position of the EUNet administration in this
matter?  Will mail between EUnet sites and the independent European sites
work, or will the boycott extend to dropping of mail ?  I sincerely hope
that the latter reading of these rumours is not true.
