	Hey, why not.

So, at this point, I need help/more info.

	1: How do I do a charter

2: What is alt.config and what should I do with it?

At this point I am willing to receive FAQ and/or instructions
on how to responsibly and do this charter, get votes
create news groups etc etc.

Thanks to all for this unexpected support and response ..

Karl.
