There's been some discussion in various newsgroups about forming a new
newsgroup for mycology. I'd like to form the group, but have no
experience in the process. Is there a FAQ file or any other set of
guidelines that would walk me through the process? I'd appreciate
any pointers to appropriate text or any email with advice.

Thanks,

Mike Boom
