Does anyone have an experience with or ideas about making selected  
newsgroups available only during certain periods of the day?

Can this be done?

For example, can you set up any news software to "present" rec.* between  
5:00 pm and 8:00 a.m. while presenting comp.* 24 hours a day?

If this can be done, what would be the downside?
