Hi, I'm writing a Usenet newsreader for a BBS Package, and I already have the
system take the article (header+body) and have it batched into an rnews spool.
This is just normally done by a Usenet message and the #! rnews <bytes>
delimeter. I know I can unbatch it and post it using inews -p, but it doesn't
seem to post to the net.  It just posts to my local Unix site.  What I want
is something that will unbatch and POST worldwide.  inews -p only posts
locally, or so it seems.
