You should find and install Windows98/Memphis.  The new version of Windows
is VERY dependent upon the functionality of IE4.
You can continue to use Win95, but don't expect much of the new hardware to
work on it much longer...
As the saying goes "Lead, Follow, or get out of the way".  Microsoft is
choosing to lead!
