Is there a way to have a display for the number of (available/selected) followups to the current article (in read mode) for the status line ? I'd like to have such a display as I sometimes have to decide whether to read on (i.e. read the followups) before I post/respond myself. The way I usually find out about this is by hitting "Z" to stop reading and look for possible followups myself and then hitting "Z" again to continue reading. As always I'd rather have the software do that for me. -- Sven@happy.year.new | Still searching for a good offline folder reader/editor for a Macintosh.

For cases like this, hit your "l" key (lower case L) and continue reading. If there are followups, you'll read them. If there are not, you'll continue on to other subjects. When you're done reading all articles, you'll get the question, "Show leftover articles again?", and when you answer affirmatively, you'll see the original article you were looking at when you pressed "l". You can do this several times. I find it is very nice to read all the posted articles before following up, because sometimes someone will followup to the article with a different subject, so there is no need to answer it yourself. -- #ifdef TRUE | Fuzzy Fox (a.k.a.
