Hmm.  I managed to install nn on one site, and now I'm trying to do it
on another and I can't seem to remember how I did it.  I installed the
software and when I run

	nnmaster -l -r -C

I get mail saying

nnmaster terminated
 
Fatal system error:
alt.activism (6): cannot open 'x' file (mode=82, errno=2)

What does this mean, and what should I do?

  ting!  my faq alert just went off.  however, i'm not sure--as a
  parity check, send me mail if you've seen this before.

  assuming that this becomes a faq, please send a faq-ready response
  to tommy.  the first one who sends a working answer to him--wins!
