If I've had "new-group-action" set to "0" for a long time, and then I
decide to set it to "4", I suddenly get asked about a thousand
questions the next time I get into nn.

How can I circumvent these questions on my first entry into nn after
setting this variable to "4"?

I want to be able to tell nn: "Ask me about new groups created AFTER
this date".

Please respond directly to me.  Thanks.
