After reading the FAQ and the FM, I can't seem to get the mail-header
or news-header to work correctly.  I have the following two statements
in my init file (full init file included at end of post) - 

set mail-header Reply-To: ellis@rtsg.mot.com
set news-header Reply-To: ellis@rtsg.mot.com

When I invoke nn and use the :set to see what is set, I get the following

Question 1 - Why are the header variables NULL?
Question 2 - Why are they listed as local (>) variables?
Question 3 - How can I fix this?
