Could someone explain the *NO*UPDATE* message that sometimes appears
in the status line?  That is, first, under what conditions does it 
appear?  Second, is there any way to forne nn to update your .newsrc
to reflect messages read in a group when it's in *NO*UPDATE* mode?
No mention of this appears anywhere in the man page or the faq.
