I hope someone will give me a clue to this - 
	where can I find instructions, either in a newsgroup or
	ftp site, for a VMS NEWS program? I've got access to the
	newsgroups on a limited basis and only have this one
	program. The administration is no help, because it's
	off-site, and there are no help facilities with it.
