Dear friends.

I strongly warn anyone to stop giving your business to T-Mobile wireless.

T-Mobile was caught misleading customers about thier new "unlimited wireless
Internet".

I few weeks ago I signed up for the T-mobile service, and when I complained
about T-mobile's abusive Customer Service dept they treated me like I was
working for them. Then I contacted the T-moblie Executive Consumer Relations
Dept they threatened me. T-mobile threatened me not to go public with their
corperate bullying practices. First I spoke to a Ms. Post (her contact info was
there). When I spoke to her she sounded like she was filing her nails and that
I was interupting her. Then one of her desperate admirers in her office named
JP Hynes called me and warned me to not go public. I asked him if he can
identify himself, he refused. He then said,"ok, what city are you in?". He,
just like a coward refused to even tell a paying customer what city he is in.

Then just like Nazi's they cancelled my account without any written or verbal
warning. If my forehead was hot as them I would get Psychatric help. I can't
see how they live with such anger and pretend on a daily basis that they are not
angry.

To conclude Here is T-mobile contact info if you ever become a victim of
T-mobile hotheads.

Again. Don't give your business to T-Mobile.

And I'll definitely tell other people about my negative experience so they can
avoid it in the future.

Sincerely,

An abused past customer of T- mobile

Just a guess, did they sign you up for their WiFi service? Its very limited
a few of their stores, airports, Starbucks and some Barnes & Noble. If this
is true did you read the paper work or research the service before signing?
You can do wireless internet thru your phone using voice minutes connecting
at about 19K OR faster with data minutes 50 megs DL @ $60.00 a month. 56K
I would never give up my T-Mobile phone service, limited coverage but high
quality. $60.00 a month gets me 1000 minutes with free nights and weekends.
All including long distance and nation wide roaming.

Did you get abusive with them? First?

I have had poor or misleading information in the past from a few companies
that sell some type of new technology, but was able to work it out with
customer service.

Why not give use the full story?

I've never had a problem with t-mobile. i pay 49.99 a month and get 3000
whenever minutes. your type of phone plays a big role in reception. i've had
other cell services in my area (chambers county) and t-mobile is the best.
