His areas of expertise include solid and hazardous waste management, risk and decision analysis, environmental restoration, and computer modeling. Dr. Wang's specialty in solid and hazardous waste management involves integrated waste management planning, waste minimization assessment, and landfill liner system evaluation and failure analysis. His risk-related research experience has fostered a sound background in human health risk assessment, process hazard analysis, probabilistic risk assessment, and uncertainty analysis. By providing technical support to the DOE EM and the Lockheed Martin Energy System's HAZWRAP over the last four years, Dr. Wang gained extensive consulting experience in the environmental restoration of DOE's integrated CERCLA/RCRA/NEPA program. In addition, Dr. Wang is skillful in computer modeling and environmental decision support system development. Currently, Dr. Wang is providing consulting services to several environmental firms in the areas of site assessment, data analysis, and risk assessment.
