nj.forsale vs. nj.market.misc : Why both?

I am curious as to why there is both a 'nj.forsale' group
and a 'nj.market.misc' group?  Does anyone know the 
history here?  Should one of them be deleted?

	Someone came through about 2 years ago from the west coast and
decided that nj.forsale was "wrong", and created the nj.market groups
even though some of us pointed out that the volume in nj.forsale didn't
justify it.  Judging from the crossposting that is going on, the
nj.market groups should probably be removed; they don't serve any
purpose.

I should have known some anal-retentive neat-freak from the west coast
came, crapped on us, and then high-tailed it back to where the sun rises on
the wrong side and where mother nature is not happy with the interior
decorations of most houses.  She gives them a shake now and then to
remind the residents of this fact.
