Position Opening: Sr. Research Engineer Galaxy Scientific Corporation, a progressive and innovative engineering services company with 300+ employess and locations accross the country is offering a unique opportunity for a creative synthetic organic chemist to synthesize novel, fire-resistant, cyanate ester monomers wich can be cured to thermoset resins. A Ph.D. in Synthetic Organic Chemistry and permanent visa/U.S. citizen status is required. This position is located at Allied Signal Corporation research facility in the Morristown, New Jersey area. The position is for one year with a possibility of renewal for a second year. The candidate must have 2 years laboratory experience. Knowledge of computer modeling of chemical reations is desirable.
