Agreed!  It is also remarkable to note how many former "hippies" now
consider themselves conservative Republicans!  I recall having read an
article or study of some kind on that phenomenon, but I don't remember
the source.  The article went far in proving that one's political and
social beliefs are not engraved in stone.  We need to realize that
many of these modern "hippies" will not always be on the cutting edge,
and that in fact many of them will grow to be tomorrow's
conservatives, and further we behave irrationally when we label them
all as "bad seed" based solely upon their choices in attire.
