Available car storage space: Trenton, NJ: dry, secure, clean, with alarm. $75 /month. We have space for three cars. We are looking to cover part of our overhead during the winter. So....Starting November 1st. We are going to be using an adjacent area to work on our own resots. Heated floor area: 25 x 30' + add'l unheated storage. We would open to having a third person join us. In exchange for the rent and a nominal fee, you could have access to air tools, sandblast booth, Mig, etc. --Share utilities and common materials based on the total number of hours that building is open and "in operation". We haven't decided on price. That depends a lot on how much interest we can attract and what you bring to the table in terms of: tools to share, expertise, financial and psychological stability, etc. If this sounds interesting, give me a call.
