Info on TOYOTA dealer service

Can anyone recommend (or warn against) Toyota dealer service in the
Central or North NJ area. I am considering Towne Toyota, and Morristown
Toyota. I need serious Fuel Injection repairs, and possibly engine work.

One thing I've seen at Morristown Toyota is that the service managers
(or whatever they call the people you talk to when you drop the car off)
are not former mechanics. They do not want to speculate on what
repairs are expected. It's just "describe the symptoms, and we'll have
someone look at it". I really feel more comfortable talking to someone
who know a little about how things are supposed to work.
