	  1.  Description

	  The 2-9882 is	a reasonably sophisticated answering machine
	  that data and	time-stamps each message. It uses two micro-
	  cassettes, generally available, of type commonly used	for
	  micro-recorders. Number of stored incoming message is	only
	  limited by the length	of tape.

	  The "out-going" message tape microcassette is	of the same
	  type as the incoming message cassette.

	  This unit has	been in	use for	approximately eight months.


	  2.  Features



	     o Automatic "date-time" stamping of "incoming" message;

	     o "Toll-saver" feature, pick-up on	two rings if new
	       messages;

	     o "Online"	feature-access code menu during	remote
	       access;

	     o Three-digit security code, may be changed remotely;

	     o Battery power back-up;

	     o "Memo reminder",	plays back user	pre-recorded message
	       at specified time;

	     o Three-digit red LED message count display (also used
	       for time	display);
