I'd like to point out two things :

 1 - VB is much cheaper than Delphi
 2 - VB takes approx. 10% of the Delphi hard-disk-space...

Thus, I sugget you should think twice before choosing Delphi (which is
effectively much more powerful than VB anyway...)
