G'day,

On a vacation in ireland (Glenn veigh, Co Donegal) we encountered this
tree:
http://www.veens704.demon.nl/FOTO/Tree.html
and wondered what tree this is. Looking at its eucalytus-like flowering
I suspect it to be 'aussi' or 'kiwi', but it probably is not a
Eucalyptus. It doesn't smell like one.
I know in New zeeland grows a tree called 'Mitrosederas' who also
flowers in red and Eucalyptus like. Is this a Mitrosederas or something
else?
