Het pico project is een project ter stimulatie van IC ontwerpen op HBO en
de drie TU's.
PICO staat voor Plan ter stimulering van de opleiding van IC-Ontwerpers
aan de HTS'en en TH's in Nederland, ookwel Project Integrated Circuits Ontwerpers 
genoemd.
Het was ooit de bedoeling om deze groep daarvoor te gaan gebruiken.
Aangezien in de begin fase werd gesproken over het aansluiten van alle 
HBO instellingen op NLNET.
Maar tot op heden maken alleen de HTS Alkmaar en wij er gebruik van.

Maar ik denk dat de meeste hts'en niets weten van internet e.d.
Vandaar dat de traffic in deze groep erg klein is.
