How do I find out if WIN32 is using Large or Small Fonts?!

Hi people I've been trying for a long time now to find a function
that'll determine if Windows95/98 is using Small or Large fonts.
Isn't there something like this that would determine it:

Dim FontSize As BOOL
FontSize = GetFontSize()

If FontSize = True Then 'large
	'blah
Else					'small
	'blah
End If

If there is no function that would work as the above wishful thinking
I have just typed, please tell me how I would find out. Thanx

I also hear there is an entry in the registry to find this. Around
HKEY_USERS\Default\Control Panel\Desktop\WindowsMetrics
Would anyone know how to determine wether WIN32 is using large or
small fonts from here? And if so, how do I search for Registry
Entries in Visual Basic 5 (w/Service Pack 3.)
