QUITE A RIDE

Two fleas met on the beach in Miami.  One of them had a terrible cold.

"How'd you get sick?" asked his friend.

"I hitched a ride on the mustache of a man on a motorcycle."

"Look," said his friend, "next year, go to the airport, get on a toilet
seat in the airline attendants' bathroom, and you'll have a nice, soft,
warm ride down."

"Sounds good," wheezed the sickly flea.  "I'll try it."

The following winter the two fleas were reunited on the beach.  The same

flea had a terrible cold again.

"What happened?" his friend asked. "Didn't you take my advice?"

"I sure did.  I went to the airport, parked myself on a toilet seat, and

when an attendant sat down, I hopped aboard.  It was so soft and warm
and
comfy that I fell asleep -- and woke up on the mustache of a man on a
motorcycle."
