DayStar's Turbo 601 (and the cost of native PowerPC : software) is a little out of my price range, although I wouldn't mind : hearing about it. I'm particularly considering the DiiMOCache 50Mhz 68030 : accelerator. Are the latest versions of Photoshop, Quark and system software : going to run smoothly? Thanks in advance. Do NOT buy the Turbo 601; it is _horribly_ overpriced. You can buy a PowerMac 6100/66 for not too much more money, and you'd be getting a lot more than just a speed boost. Accelerator advice: DayStar is the way to go. Good customer support, excellent compatability. Unfortunately, they outright refuse to sell their accelerators for a more reasonable price, so you're gonna pay a bit more than other cards (anywhere from $50 to $250 more, to be exact).
