Hello,
I am reletting my studio in edgewater-- on kenmore by bryn mawr, close
to the bryn mawr stop on the red line. the apartment is really nice--
hardwood floors, bay windows, newish kitchen (with gas stove!) and lots
of shelf space. there's also a large closet and breakfast nook, laundry
downstairs, and grocery and drug stores are nearby. it's relatively
large for a studio, in a very nice older brick building with a courtyard
(w/intercom and lots of squirrels)--my windows look out into the
courtyard in fact. it's a quiet building (mostly professionals and
graduate students) and a quiet part of town, really close to the lake,
and convenient to loyola and northwestern university. rent is $485 a
month, and includes gas and water (tenant pays electricity and phone.) i
am flexible about move-in, but am hoping for around feb. 1; the lease
runs through the end of august. if you're interested, please feel free
