Occam's Razor suggests the Davidians didn't instantaneously conceive of a dastardly plot to make it look like the shot started the fire, then send someone through the complex at impossible speed to that location to quickly start a fire. You can feel free to believe the Government line. I personally find it amazing how people can be persuaded to ignore straightforward, simple evidence through use of overly complex, inconsistent and credulous lies.
