sears has really started to give some customers hard time for returns. This
never use to be the way it was. Now they even charge people with open boxes
or used,  and missing a part a return fee, so especially be careful about
buying closeouts and open boxes. Some clerks are worse then others and you
still might be allowed a return but some and more and more getting nasty.
Circuit City and Best Buy do not charge for open boxes returns..Please tell
others. My last purchase will be my last.. The charge for late fees for
their cards is outrageous. This is why the salespeople are told to ask
people to use their charge cards.  Sears use to be the best , now its the
worse.
