Hi,

Sorry if it is posted to wrong group.

I have created a new web application and need your comment.
Greatly apprecipated if you could answer a short survey about
the site.

http://page.to/mynewnumber

The web application is to provide a service for users to
track their phone number changes. As you know that people
change their phone number very often (especially with their
mobile phone). Whenever they got a new phone, they have
to tell everyone. But, don't expect all your friends/relatives
can update their record properly. This web application
can allow your friends/relative to search your phone
change record and retrieve your new phone number.

Site Objective:
-----------------
1. Do you find the web application useful? (Yes/No) _____
    If no, why? __________________________

2. Do you think you will use the service? (Yes/No) ______
    If no, why? __________________________

3. Would you recommend the service to your friends? (Yes/No) ____

User Interface:
------------------
1. How do you feel about the general layout of the site?
    __________________________________________

2. Do you find it easy to navigate the site? (Yes/No) _____
If no, which area needs improvement ______________

3. Other comment:
