You don't seem to be able to understand what is it you are reading. It
was a private member's bill which was never accepted and never became a
law. THE LAW HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED. If you sincerely did not understand
it, take it as a signal that your intellect is not as good as it should
be in a normal person. If you did understand it, and nevertheless
decided to lie, this reveals a lot about the quality of your morals.

You pretend not to understand my question. How did it happen that you
wrote the number of people killed as 5? There are two options here: you
didn't know the right number, which means that you were lying that you
knew everything about the case. Option 2: you knew the right number,
but you wanted to deceive people hoping that bigger number would create
more hatred in public. Only people with extremely low morals do these
kinds of things.

I repeat part of my posting to which you failed to respond:
