There are only two options? Why because that is the limit of your mind?
How about option 3) I knew the right number of people murdered. I knew the 
number of people shot. I knew more would have been shot if the convict was 
not disarmed. But you know the only time Valery Fabrikant is on my mind is 
when you bring the foul memory back. It's an old memory.
So how about honest recollection that 5 people were murdered, because that 
is the number that stuck, not actually being the number of people that died, 
but the number of people shot. Honest mistake. No malice or deceit intended. 
Pefectly willing to correct the information, I readily admitted it was 4 
killed and 5 shot, the last not slighly, but having part of their organs 
destroyed permanently. And you know I could be lower than scum, but I am a 
saint compared to Fabrikant.

The guy is paranoid delusional. He is classic. From the Prison officials 
trying to kill him by denying him proper medical treatment, from firing his 
lawyers. Oh and thanks for the link to the transcript. I am going to have a 
good laugh reading it. I see it begins with Fabrikant being out of order, 
clueless about procedure and protocol, perhaps over the months I will go 
through it and highlight him being abusive and beligerent. But it looks 
really, really boring, so if I don't get to it, you will excuse me for not 
being obessed with it like you are Buddy.

Be you Issac or his younger brother, be you one of his idolizing students 
who bought into his delusions, I really don't care.
The facts remain, the man's life was never in danger, and he killed people 
because his mind is not sound, and created an alternate reality.
The man is more sick than criminal. One thin line draws the border between 
the madman and the genius, and Fabrikant has hurled over that line towards 
the insane side. I don't even care if the corruption he claimed was true, 
and he was going to be put in jail for 1 year if he didn't accept 3 years 
salary and get the fuck out. That could be truer than true. How does that 
threaten his life. How does deadly force save his live? HE claimed he could 
not get a teaching job at any other University. Doesn't that suggest 
something? Yes, I know to you and him a conspiracy. But to me it suggests 
not having the qualifications or the experience nor the reputation required 
for a teaching position. Still even if it meant an end to a teaching career, 
how is it the death of a scientist? Bullshit. He could teach at a high 
school, he could get a research job in the private sector. His ability to 
teach, his ability to research, his curiosity and quest for knowledge were 
in no way threatened, and even if they were, that is not actually his life.

At worst he is a cold blooded murdered. At best he is a very sick insane 
man. The fact is his justifiaction is not defensable. His actuions were 
criminal. And according to one of his graduate students, his though process 
and planning showed premeditation and faulty logic. The fact that anyone 
would be supportive, draws their sanity into question.

See, I don't have to be credible. I don't have to have all my facts 
straight, and I don't have to defend myself.
Fabrikant had his day in court and was found guilty and convicted and 
sentenced to 25 years in prison.
I don't have to prove anything, the State already has proven he is a 
murderer.

I see you posting his shit and it offends me greatly. And this is all this 
is about.
You can try and drag me into your delusion, but I will not bite.
I will say what I like about Fabrikant. I can make him Satans fuck toy if I

Fabrikant, the murdering swine, has never appologized to the families 
publically, nor admitted his guilt.
That means he is just aas sick to day, and just as much a danger to society.

But he is paying his dues to society. He is serving his time.
It is YOU I have issue with, giving a murdering swine a day pass to come 
into a public forum and post like he was at home or at work, not like an 
incarerated convicted murdering swine. And I think what you are doing is 
wrong and should be criminalized. No, don't get me wrong, I think you have a 
right to say anything you want about, for, against, related to Fabrikant 
that you want. What I object to is you facilitaqting his escape from prison.
Yet you are letting him free among society. And that Buddy flies in the face 
of the spiriti of incarceration.

The point is to remove and exclude that person from participating in society 
for the duration of their sentence.
Posting in a public forum is not a liberty that a convict should have, and 
if their is a person aiding and abeiting them to escape, even if it is just 
their minds, then I think that should be a crime with sentences that are 
long enough to deter people from doing it.

Fabrikant is welcome to post here once he finishes his time in prison. Until

And I wonder what the families of the victims think about you and this,

I can see why he was being let go, he isn't very competant at anything

Sorry, Fabrikant knew what he did was wrong. He knows the difference between 
right and wrong. Most paranoids do. He planned it out before hand and was 
prepared for a blood bath. Thank God that security guard was able to disarm 
him and stop his rampage. I mean he was heavily armed enough to set a mass 
murder record. And was going about that course when derailed by force.
