Excuse me? So you are saying that if you were fired a long time ago for your 
incompetence, your 5 co-workers would be alive today?
But didn't you actually kill them when you realized they were firing your

Seems if people take your advice, they wind up dead.
They tried to fire you for incompetence and they ended up in the morgue.
Three of them instantly, or DOA. And 2 lingered on, one for quite a few 
months.

the death penalty.

All we want from you is to say, gee, I am really sorry. I must have been 
insane at the time....but it was wrong to gun down 5 people I worked with 
for any reason. I see now that savage behavior was horrendous. Only sick 
fucks murder people because they are paranoid and delusional. I admit my 
guilt. Now please execute me for my crimes. This is all we want to hear. Of 
course we are not a sick fuck like you, so we won't re-instate the death 
penalty. But if you show remorse, and seek forgiveness, and actually make it 
seem like killing people is wrong, then we might not declare you a dangerous 
offender. You are going to be an old man when you get out. But it is obvious 
that you are still a danger to society. So we will have to petition the 
government. Don't worry, we will wait until just before they are going to 
release you, so you think you will be getting out after only 25 years. But 
we feel you deserve life. I mean I can see 25 years for one murder, but 5, 
you should never see daylight again.

If your life sucked that bad, you should have stuck a gun barrel in your 
mouth and blown the top of your head off.
After all, you telling me life in prison was a better choice than getting 
kicked out of the University in discrace, as a fraud, and having to start 
again.
Now you had to put your life, your family's life on pause for 25 years, and 
start right back where you left off, only with the stigma of a multiple 
murderer. And the funny think is most people don't even know who you 
are....you are not even memorable. Everybody knows BErnardo and Homolka, and 
they only killed 2 people. You killed 5.

But you have the distinction of being the first person to announce in USENET 
that you were going to kill people and then did it, after you posted you 
would. So you will be a foot note in history you scum bucket.
