Well... Let's see: Rush Lard has lost his clout,
Karl Rove is back in the closet hiding out. Novak is
no where to be found. Bush is grudgingly admitting
utter abject failure to even act in the ways supportive
of all those 9-11 promises he made. The Republican
Bloc is begining to fractionalize. The President is
looking more foolish, more self serving and less strong
and more ignorant everyday.

Now, we know that rightwingers were already having
a hard time putting over their insane ideas, but now
they have nothing to point to in the way of success.
And their failures are being overshadowed by American
suffering on Republican Accounts.

Bush is promising more cuts in spending, but his own
party fears that he's going to go after their programs,
since there's nothing else left to cut. He did say
that farm subsidies are on the table, didn't he? He
never backed off of that statement, he merely went
quiet when there arose a great howel of pain in the
land. Of course, there's always corporate welfare I
guess, may be Halliburton could spare a few coins to
help set the budget straight? They are Americans
aren't they? They should feel honored to be asked to
come to the national aid, right?
