The sad truth is you're an idiot. The Columbia incidents *have* gotten
national coverage. Lots of it. Heard about them long before the copycat
conservadolts at Bubba Farmer U. Still hearing about them. In print, for
example, from just yesterday:

http://www.nytimes.com/2004/02/25/nyregion/25columbia.html
http://www.nytimes.com/2004/02/25/nyregion/25columbia.html?ex=1078376400&en=97c36958a52a73ee&ei=5062&partner=GOOGLE

On the broadcast side, NPR covered it in great depth on several programs, as
did PBS. ABC/CBS/NBC covered it, CNN covered it. FOX covered it. WTF are you
talking about, exactly? Maybe you should try getting your news from a source
other than Playskool.

Has it occurred to you that *you're* hearing more about TAMU because it is
right in your own backyard? Has it occurred to you that A&M has a nasty and
very recent history of racial discrimination that frames the issue more
dramatically? Has it occurred to you that A&M is a giant STATE school while
Columbia is a *much* smaller PRIVATE Ivy League school? What kind of idiot
would compare *any* Ivy League school with A&M? Lemme guess. You're an
Aggie.

Any of this would be enough to explain national coverage. Of course none of
this matters, as your claim is, factually speaking, complete and utter
bullshit, as the easily verifiable facts so clearly show. Do a search of
Google news and you should be quickly disabused of your asinine notions
regarding the national coverage of the A&M embarrassment. Here's what you'll
find, moron:

http://news.google.com/news?hl=en&edition=us&q=A%26M+bake+sale

Now, unless you're claiming the Orlando Sentinel as a "national press,"
you're obviously completely full of shit. Go the fuck away and stop wildly
x-posting breathless bullshit you can't begin to back up.

Cheers,

Dusty
