I don't know who you've been talking to, or what drugs you're on, but
Bush didn't fuck up at all.  Period.  The president did his job, as did
FEMA, as did all over federal agencies involved.  An emergency was
declared.  An evacuation was ordered.  People refused to leave.  NOT
Bush's problem.

You can stop lying now.  5,000+ national guard were staged days before
the storm. Not even with a magic wand and the clicking of heels can the
guard part 25 feet of floodwaters. You can quit with the Iraq strawmen,
as it just makes you look more buffoonish than normal.
