 a.. KERRY EARNS A ZERO FROM MANUFACTURERS . . . The
National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) has
released its official voting record for the 108th
Congress, rating representative and senators on
                    their pro-growth, pro-manufacturing positions. Even
Senator Ted Kennedy voted with the manufacturers 13%
of the time on key votes. The junior senator from
                    Massachusetts -- Democratic presidential hopeful
John F. Kerry -- is the only senator to receive a 0%
rating. To review the voting records of
                    Congressional representatives, go to

DOC=FILE.PDF. Kerry ignored the requests of union
members in the firearms industry and voted against
their interests to defeat "The Protection of Lawful
Commerce in Arms" act last spring, a bill designed
to protect American jobs from being lost as a result
                    of frivolous lawsuits.
