Perhaps but the first amendment does not give the media cart blanche to
go as it please even when it may interfere with rescue and recovery
efforts. No one has shut the presses down or prohibited news from being
reports. Seen a wide variety of reports from the media. Do not think
that their abilities have been seriously hampered.

You are so ignorant. Read the law. The president is restricted in how
he can deploy federal troop. It boils down to the Govenor giving
control over so that federal troops can come in or for the president to
remove the power from the govenor as proscribed by law. What would you
prefer. Remember you need to stay within the confines of the law.

You are paranoid beyond reason. Those stories rank right up there with
one I heard yesterday saying the airforce has an airplan that uses laser
beams to create hurricanes of an size and power It also can use it to
steer hurricane anywhere they want it to go and cause a storm surge of
any height. Pure delusional fantasy.

I do on a regular base do read and research a variety source of
information. I know when to use filters to get at the truth but not so
cynical to know that it may be in plain sight.

I also have read a great deal about ancient history and their societies.
To see the lesson to be applied today. I look to our own history to
see what has changed and what has not. I see reporters not reporting
the news but being a part of the news. ABC, NBC, CNN, Washington Post,
Houston Chronicle, theNation and even Fox News are guilty of that. I do
not have a high regard for journalist anymore. Read the paper and see
the trash that passes as news. It all really \op-ed now.

It is late and that all I care to write for now.
