That's good to hear.

I do have journalistic experience (of a sort -- see the _Current's_ Web
site, http://www.upenn.edu/pennnews/current/) and am very interested in
transportation policy. If there is any possibility to do freelance work on
the subject (as of now, I plan to keep my present job and have no plans to
leave Philadelphia), I would be interested, time permitting.

In the meantime, could I trouble you with a subscription question?  I did
renew my subscription earlier this year, but I believe the last issue I
received was Spring 1998.  Was the Summer issue mailed?  If so, is there
any way I can get a copy?
