Wouldn't the #1 bus do the job?

Or the 66, or the new CT1 and CT2 "crosstown" expresses. Let's face it: it's the Charles River basin, not the transit system, that isolates the Back Bay from Cambridge. -- ___ _ - Bob /__) _ / / ) _ _ (_/__) (_)_(_) (___(_)_(/_____________________________________ bob@1776.COM Robert K. Ave to catch the #1, especially in bad weather. So I'd take the Orange line dowtown to the Red line, and inevitably wind up standing in dank, airless, Downtown Crossing waiting for the train for some interminable period of time. It's doable, but unpleasant. Now I drive. 10-15 minutes door to door. ---------------------------------------- John Whiteside | jwhitesi@concentric.net http://www.concentric.net/~jwhitesi/
