Has anybody got any DRAM chips lying around, or know of cheap
suppliers?? I'm after chips with the following specs (at least 16 of them):

    - 1,048,546 word x 1 bit
    - 120ns or faster
    - CAS before RAS refresh
    - standard 18 pin DIP

Any references or offers would be appreciated.
